Independent AI Consultant

I have more than 12 years of experience building AI products used by the world’s leading technology companies. I’ve been recognised in the Forbes 30 under 30 list of top entrepreneurs in the enterprise technology sector.
I now bring my AI expertise to trades and local field service businesses, using AI agents and simpler automations to fix the parts of the job that leak time and money.

I work with field service businesses: plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, property maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and other trades where the work happens on site.
These businesses run on phone calls, quotes and job admin, and that is exactly where the time and the revenue leak. The owner is on a job when the phone rings, the quote waits until the evening, and the follow-up never happens at all.
What I fix
- Are missed calls turning into missed jobs?
- Do website and email enquiries wait too long for a response?
- Are quotes slow to prepare and send?
- Do promising leads disappear because nobody follows up?
- Is your team spending hours copying information between systems?
- Do customers keep calling because they don’t know what is happening?
- Are you unable to serve more customers without hiring another administrator?
You don’t need to replace everything or buy another complicated system. I start with one expensive problem and build the simplest sensible fix.
What I build
Unlike a chatbot or a fixed automation, an agent understands what a customer is asking, uses the information you already have and takes the next step, within rules you set.
Answer customers while you are working
A voice agent answers calls, understands what the customer needs, collects the relevant details and arranges the next step. If it is uncertain, it hands over to a person.
Prepare a quote in minutes
Call notes, messages, photographs, price lists and previous jobs become a draft quote in around ten minutes, ready for your review and approval.
Follow up without forgetting
An agent monitors unanswered quotes, sends appropriate follow-ups, understands the replies and brings interested customers back to you.
Keep jobs and customers moving
An agent collects missing information, sends updates, organises job evidence against the right job and flags exceptions before they become problems.
Agents are not a replacement for you, and not every example suits every business. Which one is worth building is what the review is for.
How it works, and what it costs
01Bottleneck review
Free30 minutes
Bring one place where the business is losing leads, moving too slowly or spending too much time on admin. We work out whether it is worth investigating, and whether an agent, a simpler automation or a process change is the right answer. You leave with a recommendation either way.
02Solution blueprint
£250Fixed fee, credited against a build
If there is a valuable opportunity, I examine the work in detail and design the system before asking you to invest in building it: how the work happens today, what the agent or automation would do, the approvals and guardrails around it, the risks, and a fixed-price proposal. The fee is credited in full when an implementation of £2,500 or more begins within 30 days.
03Build and launch
From £1,500Fixed price per project
I build, connect and test the system against your real process, then work with your team in-person to introduce it gradually so the team can trust it before more work is handed over. The price depends on scope, integrations, usage and risk, and is agreed before any build begins.
You stay in control of prices, approvals, exceptions and any important customer decision. I work in-person with you and your team to make sure we're moving fast and you're getting full value.
