What I collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your contact details, some details about your business, and what you would like to improve. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies on this site.

What I do with it

Reply to you, hold the call, and write a proposal if you want one. I do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards the email. Formspree delivers the enquiry form. Cal.com runs the calendar embedded on the homepage, which means Cal.com receives your IP address whenever you open that page, even if you never book anything.

How long I keep it

Twelve months if nothing comes of the enquiry. If you become a client, six years after the work ends, because UK tax and company law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or tell me to stop using it. Email [email protected] and you will get an answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
